Flanders Mill is a 137-acre park-like neighborhood designed to have an “old Bozeman” look and feel. At final build-out, this seven-phase subdivision will include 272 single-household lots ranging from .185 ac to .406 ac, townhomes, and 195 multi-household residences.
Lauded by the city of Bozeman and the Parks Department as “…having a positive effect on Bozeman,” Flanders Mill was designed to fit into Bozeman’s overall Master Plan. Our neighborhood is setting the standard for new developments in Bozeman by enhancing and restoring the natural features of the land, working with local conservation groups to incorporate trails and paths that connect our greater community and reincorporating “old Bozeman” standards of wide, landscaped streets, spacious paths protected from vehicle traffic and parks right around the corner.
The Master Plan is a conceptual document and the Developer reserves the right to make changes without notice. Independent verification of lot measurements and size should be obtained by a prospective buyer. Phases 1 through 3 are under contract. Availability in Flanders Mill consists of 31 newly released lots in phase 5 and recently released lots in block 12 of phase 4.
